Generating an Order
Your product selection will be automatically entered into an online shopping form. You will be prompted to review your selection and enter your contact and delivery details. When you complete an online shopping form, an order is generated and sent to us for processing.
• Online products and prices are subject to change without notice and may vary from our retail store.
• We reserve the right to remove items from sale and/or correct any printing errors.
• Sale prices will only be available during the specified sale period.
Processing your Order
Items published on this site are shown in good faith that the items are available. We will make every effort to supply the goods you order, however products are subject to availability at the time of processing.
Some product styles, designs and/or colours may prove to be more popular than others and run out quicker interfering with availability. We will not substitute your original choices without your consent.
Once the goods you have selected have been gathered together and are ready for shipping, we will contact you to confirm the delivery contact details and to organise your payment.
We endeavour to publish the best available prices and are therefore unable to provide further discounts.
We will accept PayPal, credit card payments over the phone and direct bank deposits.
Delivery and Charges
In most cases we will engage DELIVERY COMPANY NAME to deliver your goods. They will require that we provide them with a day time delivery address and a contact phone number. Parcels must be signed for upon receipt, unless we are instructed otherwise.

- Orders up to 7 items will incur a $50 delivery fee
- Orders over 7 items will incur a $75 delivery fee
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery and in country areas up to 21 days.
We may contact you for feedback concerning the service we have provided to you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return a product we will accept returns subject to the following conditions;
• Products must be in original undamaged packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase
• A copy of your purchase receipt must be provided
We will credit your return using the same method the purchase payment was made, but excluding handling and delivery charges.
We will replace and/or repair damaged or faulty products wherever possible subject to the following conditions.
• We must be notified of any fault or damaged within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned and received by us within 7 days of delivery to you.
• A copy of your purchase receipt must be provided
Where a replacement product is not available we will provide a credit using the same method the purchase payment was made, including delivery and return freight charges.
